I. Return Window
You may return items within 7 days of receipt, provided they meet the return criteria outlined below.

To qualify for a return, the product must:
• Be in its original packaging with all labels and tags intact.
• Be unused, undamaged, and in saleable condition.
• Be accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

III. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
• Commode chairs and other bathroom aids.
• Air mattresses (as they do not fit back into their original packaging).

IV. How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us: Before sending any items back, please contact our customer service team at contact@backbonebahrain.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. This process may take 1-2 business days.
2. Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging to avoid damage during transit. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these packaging requirements.
3. Faulty Devices: For faulty items, we will process a refund or exchange within 1-2 business days after inspection.
V. Refund Process
1. Inspection: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved or rejected.
2. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 2-5 business days. If not please contact our landline +973 17297878.

4. Return/Exchange Shipping Charges: A fee of 3 BD will be charged for medical devices return shipping, except for larger items like patient beds, which will incur a fee of 15 BD. The same fee will be incurred for exchange as well.
