Welcome to Backbone Medical Equipment. Please read these terms and conditions carefully as they govern your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.
I. Product Descriptions and Pricing
We strive to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, actual products may slightly differ from images shown, which are for representation purposes only. If you need further information or clarification on any product, please contact our customer service team.
II. Deliveries
We aim to deliver your order on the same business day or the next 1-2 business day, depending on product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will inform you and may ask you to cancel the order. In case of delays or unavailability beyond our control, we will ensure you are not charged for unavailable products.
III. Faulty Products
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement. Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for details on how to return faulty products and the applicable terms for refunds or replacements.
IV. Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, the following conditions apply:
• Refunds are processed if Backbone Medical Equipment is unable to procure the product within 1-3 days of authorization.
• Products are out of stock.
• Products are lost during delivery.
• The product cannot be repaired.
• Refunds for products purchased under a promotional offer will not have any refund or exchange unless it has a damage and cannot be used.
• Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned products.
• Delivery charges are non-refundable (3 BD for small medical devices, 15 BD for large medical devices).
• All items must be returned with complete and intact packaging.

V. Payments
We accept payments through Benefit Pay or cash on delivery at the time of product delivery. All prices are in Bahraini Dinars (BD).
VI. Free Gifts and Promotional Products
If your purchase includes a free gift or promotional item, it may be delivered separately, and delivery times may vary. If you return your product, any associated free gifts or promotional items must also be returned. Failure to do so may result in a charge for the free gift.
VII. Amendments to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be notified, and the updated terms will apply once posted on the site. Your continued use of the site indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
VIII. Warranty
Product warranties, if applicable, are listed under each product. Some products may not have any warranty.

X. Cash on Delivery Terms
• Returns for Cash on Delivery transactions will be by cash or benefit or bank transfer.
